Just what a nice time- we needed food and sleep - we got veg AND steak meals. Which is rare. The view was beautiful- the hosts were lovely- the room was really clean 10/10 would move here.
I had a wonderful stay at Crystal Beach Motel. The service was absolutely impeccable — friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. The location is perfect, right by the lake, offering stunning views that make you want to linger just a little longer. The rooms and property are kept spotless, and the atmosphere feels both welcoming and peaceful. The staff are incredibly helpful and understanding, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is just right. Their flexibility and warm hospitality truly set this place apart. Had a great stay at this hotel! Excellent location and an amazing view right on the lake ! Room was decent and the beds were comfortable. Had dinner at the restaurant and we both had the butter chicken which was one of the best we've had. Added bonus to have a gas station and Tim Hortons right across the street. Would definitely return!
Stayed for 1 overnight, while passing through Thessalon. The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. The room faced the water, and it was a wonderful view. We ate supper at the restaurant. The owner was very pleasant, and our food came quickly. My hubby had the butter chicken with rice and naan bread. I had the greek salad with chicken. Everything was very good. Very glad we chose to stay here. In the evening, we sat outside on the chairs and watched the sunset. Again, it was a wonderful view.
My husband and I stayed at The Carolyn Beach Hotel for 2 nights this week and it was amazing! The owner, Mr. Khan is friendly, kind, welcoming and helpful. The view of the lake was breathtaking with its beautiful sunsets. The housekeeping staff was equally friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well appointed, with a fridge, microwave and soft towels. What else can I say lol? We will be back!!! Thank you Mr. Khan! Al and Michele
We stopped on the way back to the US! Beautiful views of Lake Huron. The owner is super nice and the food at the restaurant is fantastic! Rooms are cozy and clean.
We had a great experience this past week. Beautiful location, good service and the authentic butter chicken was a hit at dinner. Many of the rooms appear upgraded from last visit.
